My husband Danny and his best friend Dave have been linemen electricians for many years now, and they have both been very lucky that neither one of them has ever been shocked, or injured on their jobs in any way. And even though they are getting up there in years, they still have to get up those power poles each day to handle the step down transformers, as well as other electrical equipment. Because they are a little older, they go home after work really exhausted. But when they are out on the job, they really do top notch work on those lines.
