setting up a limited company name
December 30th, 2009 . by adminAre you looking to setup a new company in the UK?
If so you have a few options open to you.
You can trade as a sole trader or a parternship. These are both legal company forms, but don’t require you to set up any legal documentation with the Government (there’s no fixed registration process).
Secondly, you can setup a limited company. This has several advantages. Firstly, you have certain tax advantages to running a limited company. Corporation tax is broadly lower than monies earned by an individual in a partnersip or sole tradership.
Secondly, your liability is limited to the money you put into the company (hence the name).
If you want to setup a company, then you can buy limited companies easily and online
