Healthy Diet
January 30th, 2010 . by adminI know that there are a few diets on the market these days that you really can lose weight with if you adhere to them but I wonder exactly how healthy these diets are for you in the long run. I am not talking about taking any supplements so at least I am just worried about foot intake and health. Specifically the no carb foods and if your body gets enough of the other foods that it craves. Is it wrong for you to just ingest one type of food. Even if it does work to lose weight, is it healthy?
