I was lucky enough to meet a very honest hearing aid salesman who clued me in on something I had no idea about.  There are hearing aid reviews online that are totally fake.  These reviews are written by companies or sales people that just want to make their product look as good as possible so they write a fake review that says nothing but positive things about their products.  This really makes me upset because it should not be that way.  The reviews that you read should help consumers figure out which hearing aids are the best for them to help them improve their life.  I think the practice of writing fake reviews on hearing aids is very immoral.
