Vinyl Siding Pressure Cleaner

For a lot of the different types of stucco there are numerous maintenance items that need to be performed to keep it under warranty. Really the only thing that I need to make sure that I do is take a pressure cleaner to it about once a year so that I make sure that the vinyl is clean and I can inspect it for any damage.
