My teenager is very picky about his clothes and he wants to go for a certain look.  I think it is a look that skateboarders strive for.  He makes me feel like I don’t know anything about fashion or what looks good together.  He desperately wants a new pair of DC Shoes because this is his absolute favorite brand.  I like them because they are durable.  I wish that he would get a haircut, but he insists on wearing his hair long.  I wonder if my parents were as frustrated with me as I get with my son.  I guess that they probably were.
