I was all set to use a program that I downloaded online when my nephew the geek told me to hold off with it, he wanted to check it out first. Then he told me how to repair or get all my information back if the registry cleaners happened to remove something important to my computer or to me. Being able to restore your computer is something everyone should know and be able to do when they are in trouble or the computer does not work anymore. I messed mine up twice and he had to reload windows from scratch and I lost everything on mine, so back up important things like photos.
