My first job was in a machine shop and I was fresh out of trade school and ready to put in to practice all that I had learned. I was lucky that the company that hired me was run by a forward thinking person who had great visions of how this business should be run. I learned so much there over the years and now I am the shop foreman and I work on committees who help make suggestions to improve our processes. We have recently purchased tank cleaning equipment which does a great job of keeping the insides of our large tanks clean.
